Free Shipping

  • Free Standard Shipping is available on domestic orders over $50 (or equivalent in your local currency).

Additional Shipping Charges

  • Expedited or Priority Shipping options may incur additional charges.
  • International Orders: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees imposed by their country.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain restricted regions. Please contact us if you need assistance with specific delivery locations.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

Herbal Banner is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once the order is confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier. However, we are committed to assisting you in resolving issues where possible. If you believe your package was lost or stolen, please contact us immediately at support@herbalbanner.com, and we will help you file a claim with the carrier.

8. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete before finalizing your order. Herbal Banner is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at support@herbalbanner.com to make any necessary changes.

9. Shipping to Multiple Addresses

If you would like to ship items from the same order to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each address. We currently do not support splitting shipments for a single order.

10. Returns and Shipping Costs

  • Shipping Fees: If you need to return an item, the cost of return shipping will be your responsibility unless the product is defective or we made an error in your order.
  • For defective or incorrect items, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
